These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Zenvyk’s website, software solutions, and automated revenue systems. By using our services, you confirm that you are an authorized representative of your business and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Scope of Services
Zenvyk provides a proprietary BDC-in-a-box system, AI-driven customer reactivation workflows, and digital marketing funnels. We provide the tools, technology, and strategy to optimize service lane revenue. While our systems are designed to maximize ROI, Zenvyk does not guarantee specific financial results, as success depends on your store’s operational execution.
3. Account Security & Branding
You agree to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are prohibited from sharing access to our proprietary workflows, snapshots, or system logic with unauthorized third parties. All branding, creative assets, and AI scripts provided by Zenvyk remain the intellectual property of Zenvyk.
4. Communication & Compliance
As our systems utilize SMS, Email, and AI-Voice outbound calling, you are solely responsible for ensuring your business is compliant with all local, state, and federal laws, including the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and the CAN-SPAM Act. Zenvyk is not liable for any regulatory fines or penalties resulting from your business’s communication practices.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Our services often integrate with platforms like GoHighLevel, HeyGen, and others. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any downtime, API changes, or limitations imposed by these third-party services.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
In no event shall Zenvyk, its directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our automation systems. You agree to indemnify and hold Zenvyk harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms.
